Shipping policy

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once dispatched, we’re unable to redirect your order.

If you’re not available to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe location or take it to your local post office for collection. We recommend providing a daytime address where possible to ensure smooth delivery. Once Australia Post marks a parcel as delivered, Wilson Avenue is no longer responsible for any loss or damage.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (Tour Bus) — $10 flat rate, Aus-wide. Expected delivery within 2–8 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Private Jet) — $15 flat rate, Aus-wide. Expected delivery within 1–4 business days.

  • Free Shipping (Our Shout) — Orders $100+ ship free within Australia.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, as postal delays are common.

Holiday Cut-Off
Our end-of-year cut-off date for standard shipping for 2025 is 5 December Orders placed after this date will ship on 10 January 2026.

We do not offer returns on our items.
