RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully as all sales are final. We are very particular when selecting pieces for our shop and take every care in describing each accurately, please take the time to view the images and sizing.

Measurements are provided for each item; please ensure you check all the measurements in the item description before you commit to purchase.

Considering the nature of secondhand items, some general wear can be anticipated. Any unusual conditions will be specifically mentioned in the description. While we strive to highlight any imperfections, please bear in mind that minor flaws may still go unnoticed.

Refunds or credits are only provided if the item purchased varies significantly from the images and description, slight variations in colour due to lighting can be expected.

We do not refund for change of mind or if an item doesn't suit you as much as you would have liked, nor for unsuitable sizing, minor fading or discolouration or if the measurements are slightly out by a couple cm

In the rare case of a return, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Though these pieces may have been loved before, this only adds to their story, and they still have a lot of love to give. We believe in loving pieces for what makes them unique and celebrating the beauty in imperfection.
